This will be the place for anyone who owns, or is thinking of owning, a digital SLR.
Stepping up to a digital SLR camera from a point-and-shoot is a big commitment. It is a statement that you want to be able to capture the moments of your family and your life with the accuracy and clarity it deserves. It is a statement that you want to begin telling a story. It is a commitment that you want to stop taking snapshots and instead, begin taking photographs. Most of all, it is a statment that you want to become a photographer. Because a photographer is someone who can not only capture the moment, but share what it meant to experience that moment with others.
I have created this site for whom the above statement rings true, but more specifically, for Dads.
For Dads who want to photograph the lives of their kids.
For Dads who want to photograph their wife.
For Dads who want to photograph the world around them.
For Dads who are tired of paying for photo sessions at Target and getting little that matters in return.
For Dads who want to make a real print.
Welcome to dSLR Dad.

Hi,
I stumbled across your blog recently as I was doing some research on printers.
I had a few questions and was wondering if you’d mind answering them? What’s the best way to reach you?
Thanks!

The best way to reach me is to head on over to http://www.dslrdad.com. I am working from that site exclusively, now. Check back often over the coming weeks to see some new features to help broaden the dSLR Dad community.
You can also email me anytime at dslrdad@gmail.com.
